Agios Dimitrianos is a quiet village, set amidst the rolling countryside of the Troodos foothills, yet only 25 kms. from both the south and north coasts. It is an old traditional village, to which many improvements have been made in recent years. It is by-passed by the main road to Panayia, which means that it does not suffer from the effects of through traffic.

The nearby village of Polemi, only 10 minutes drive away, offers many amenities including 2 small supermarkets, a senior and a junior school, and 2 banks. Beyond that, there is a fast road connection to the town of Pafos, with all its amenities, and then, below that, the very beautiful area around the harbour, with its ancient fort, ruined castle, lighthouse, Roman remains and exquisite mosaics.

The Pafos/Limassol/Nicosia highway gives access to Pafos International airport, and a further hour’s drive away, the airport at Larnaca.

The Bungalow

Only a few years old, this lovely bungalow is built of solid stone under a tiled roof, with wooden shutters and doors in the traditional style.

It is very well fitted, with ample wardrobe space and kitchen units. To the rear of the house, the spacious veranda overlooks a good-sized swimming pool, and beyond that, there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
