Romana Villas is a new development with 82 villas for sale. The villas are located on a hill that goes down to the mere beach.

The first few the villas have sea view. Each villa comprises of 4 apartments. However, other options are also available - for example to join two apartments into a bigger one or into a two-level maisonette; or you can buy your own big private villa.

Romana Villas are located in Elenite holiday village - 10 km north of Sunny Beach resort. All facilities of Elenite Holiday Village are available to the apartment owners:

Standard payment plan:
1) 1 000 Euro - reservation deposit (included in the price);
2) 30 % within a month after the reservation deposit;
3) 40% within three months after the first payment;
4) 30% - at completion.

Alternative payment plan*:
1) 1 000 Euro - reservation deposit (included in the price);
2) 30% of the sale price – upon signing the preliminary contract, within one calendar month after the reservation fee;
3) the remaining 70% can be paid in as many installments as the buyer prefers, within 1 calendar year from the deposit (A);
*The buyers can set the number of the installments, the dates and the amounts themselves. However, in this case we request that the last installment is no more than 15%.

Maintenance fee is 8 EURO (VAT not included) per square meter. This fee includes maintenance and cleaning of the communal parts of the building – entrances, corridors, stairs, roof, and green areas around the building; lighting of the communal parts and outside area, elevators, and security. The fee is annual and is paid once every year in the month of April.
