Amazing Apartment Suites

3-4 Bedrooms    From £ 578,802   Ref: POV187

The development  is located just meters from Bang Tao beach.  It boasts exclusive neighbors, The Banyan Tree and the new Shangri-La Hotel, together with Maan Tawan, a completed Tawan Properties estate.
The development launched 18 months ago and construction has almost been completed, allowing purchasers to make use of their new home within a matter of months.  Prices remain competitive with apartments ranging from 15.25 Million Baht (352,000 Euros) and villas from 24 Million Baht (554,500 Euros).
With a selection of villas and 'city-style' apartments, Chom Tawan offers more of a residential feel than a resort environment.  On site facilities are limited to a communal swimming pool and management offices, this helps to keep the monthly maintenance costs down and also means that owners can enjoy their holiday home in a way they would their more permanent residence.
Villas afford 250m2 of living space and are designed around private courtyards, with shaded terraces and private swimming pools.  Gardens are well landscaped with plots of around 500m2 and private car port.

All suites have a high standard finish, excellent sea view and large outdoor terraces catching the cool sea breeze. The three and four bedrooms apartment suites feature infinity-edge plunge pools on their individual terraces. An unique design element is the four meter high ceiling in the living rooms, which allows an abundance of light and space into the apartment suite.
